At the moment, the average market purchase price of metallurgical enterprises is UAH 5800/ton, which corresponds to the figure two weeks ago and is UAH 551 lower than the value of the previous week.Deliveries to metallurgical plants
Ferrous scrap shipments to factories increased to 63 thousand tons, which is 7 thousand tons or 12.5% less than a week earlier.

Ferrous scrap stocks in ports rose to 1.4 thousand tons against 1.3 thousand tons in the previous week.
Dynamics of steel smelting
Steel production fell to 402 thousand tons, which is 21 thousand tons or 5% less than a week earlier.
Warehouse stocks of ferrous scrap at metallurgical plants
The level of meeting the needs of metallurgical plants for ferrous scrap was 104%, which allowed the plants to increase their stocks. Remains of ferrous scrap at the factories' warehouses increased to 102 thousand tons against 94 thousand tons a week earlier. Inventories in working days rose to 12 days, which is in line with the standard value.
Domestic ferrous scrap price forecast
Metallurgical enterprises will take a break to assess the effect of reducing the price of supplies. Most likely, buyers will keep prices at the current level. The forecast average price next week is UAH 5825/ton.
